My biggest learning curve with caifu property would be learning how the banks work from the basics right through to finance stages and the different type of builds that are possible eg, custom builds, of the plans, duplexes.
 
The part I enjoyed the most was the building process of my first property in bridgemans down, watching each stage progress right to completion with out any stress due to the fact of the constant support from the caifu property team.

Hi, I'm Matt 33 years of age and I purchased my first property through Caifu Property. I chose to go with the building a new house.
